·         Ice breaking within group
·         Deciding on 3 books
·         Get to know one another.
·         Appoint a group leader and assistant group leader.
 ·    Get your group members' personal information such as follow: 1) contact number 2) current address (college)
·         Write down the discussions you had in every  weekly session in a group journal (refer to the journal template). Copy the journal onto a word processing software e.g. Word.
·      You would need to video record introducing yourselves and some of your discussion every week.
       
·         Decide on 3 books. Choose 3  (refer to book list).
·         Decide on how, when and where you are going to read the book.
 ·   Create a blog for your group. Please use this format "www.lax2018group***".
      *** would be the group number.  
 ·  Collect the attendance sheet for your group from CALC office at KAA, UPM. This attendace should be signed weekly during your meetings and kept by the group leader.
